Lee Training Solutions or better known as LTS was established in early 2011 as a family run business by Craig and Tanya Lee.
Working in the Construction and Mining sector for 20 years as a Construction worker, Trainer/Assessor and Safety Advisor, Craig saw the need for a flexible, transparent and quality Training Organisation that was big enough to meet the demands of mobilisation and project training, but also small enough to be flexible in the delivery of this training.
Craig also saw the need to establish a foundation within this training in regard to understanding safety at a field level and the safe systems of work.
In 2011, LTS gained accreditation with the Training Accreditation Council (TAC) and so began the enjoyable journey of continual improvement and communication with the workers that undertake training, and Companies that require training to be undertaken.
12 years on LTS has gone from strength to strength, supplying training that rates highly within the industry, which is face to face, allowing Trainers and Candidates to actively communicate present and past experiences to achieve the ultimate goal of a safe and productive industry.
